Alastair Dagg
Alastair is originally from Gisborne; he grew up in Wairoa and went to Napier Boys High. Near the end of college in the late 90’s he moved to Taupo with his family, which is now where he calls home. After school, he did multiple different types of jobs for experience, including timber machining, dry stock and dairy farming.
He developed an interest in biological agriculture, specifically soil and animal health. To better understand the Albrecht system of soil fertility, he attended Neal Kinsey’s introductory, Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 courses, in New Zealand, Australia and America. This also Included an Acres USA conference in 2016.
After learning the chemistry side of soil well, he also took the time to learn more about soil microbiology and animal health. This helps him problem solve and provide more well-rounded advice. Alastair is available to service the Central North Island, South Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
